To help make your stay at Encantada - A Clc World Resort in Kissimmee as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, please take a moment to review the hotel policies below.   1. Internet

    WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

  2. Parking

    Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

  3. Pets

    Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

  4. Children and extra bed policy

    Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 17 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

  5. Important Information

    Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Encantada Resort Vacation Townhomes by IDILIQ of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A damage deposit of USD 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The townhouses are individually owned and controlled, therefore units with accessible features are not available. The public areas have the following accessibility features: Clubhouse has elevators, Self-Operating elevator and a sloped accessible entry in resort swimming pool and Self Operating elevator for resort hot tub.
